Feeling Better
Ready for the weekend!

Busy Day
This morning we woke up to perfect, untouched snow outside. 
















Today I was finished getting all of our devices ready for PARCC testing that begins Monday.

Finally, I spent an hour at the local Lost Coffee with the students from our 1st/2nd Combo class. They have been learning about various artists and recreated a famous drawing from each one. They recorded a video reflection and we used the Aurasma App to integrate the video and art work. It was a great night and fun to see how excited they were.

It's Piling Up
We are getting some more snow this afternoon. Don't think it will last, but I would LOVE to have a snow day tomorrow!

On my way through the neighborhood this evening I saw two bluebirds!

Back to the Ortho
Today I got my first of three Synvisc injections. A little pain, but not too bad...they used ultrasound to guide the needle. Very hopeful that this will make a difference for me.

Another Day
Well, the only thing worse then being out for three days is the first day back. Still not feeling well and a crap load of things to get done and clean up. After the crap day at work had even a worse evening.

Bailey & Birthday
Four years ago today we had to say goodbye. He was our first and last dog...still remember the night we picked him out of the liter like it was yesterday. And still miss him like it was yesterday. He loved the snow!

On a happier note...have to wish Dave a "Happy Birthday!"

More Snow
Feeling better today. Was able to head out and take a few pics of the snow...unfortunately the snowflakes were crap! 

I will say that watching the huge, white flakes coming down while I could smell the chocolate banana baking in the oven...made the snowy weekend even better!

Lost the Battle
Third sick day...finally decided to head to the doctor. Didn't feel like it, but ended up having a sinus infection. Got my antibiotics and ready to start getting better!

Yogurt
Love the Chobani Flips! 10 for $10 this week...the new Salted Caramel Crunch is yummy! Also fell like I'm getting sick...hope not!!

Snow & Reef
Got a good amount of snow today...too bad we already had the day off!

Parker enjoyed a little of the Cayman Reef Cam this afternoon. It's always fun to visit my "happy place"!!

Family Dinner
Made our way to the Kenyon's house tonight...Mexican inspired dinner...forgot the name of the "feature chef." Oh well...it was YUMMY!! Plus we got to see three fabulous little men!

February??
Had a great Valentine's Weekend! Friday we did dinner, Chad stole my car for a wash and detail and then delivered three-dozen roses. (Thanks for nothing FedEx!) Today we enjoyed the opportunity to play 27 holes of golf...the 14th of February! Also saw two blue birds on the course. I am looking forward to the upcoming snow today and tomorrow. Finished the night off with a favorite beverage.

I catch some crap at school about Oreos...was recently told that I have an "Oreo Fetish." The funny thing is, everyone seems to really enjoy that fetish when I bring them Oreo Truffles!!

Had a GREAT morning geocaching with the third grade students at CSE. Looking forward to working with the rest of the classes tomorrow!

More Cookies
I learned that today was the first official day of Girl Scout Cookie sales. Back in the day, you had to fill our an order form and wait for the cookies...not anymore! Your friendly neighborhood Girl Scout shows up at your door with her wagon full of cookies...instant gratification!!

Yummy
Picked these up from my "supplier" today...loved them!! Wished they came in a bigger bag - could use them for Valentine Oreo Truffles. Instead I will have to go with the "plain" Oreos.

Happy Birthday!
Just wanted to wish my favorite littlest sister a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

No pic, but got the second opinion on my knee & leg. And...OFFICIALLY...NO SURGERY for either!! YAY!!!

This wasn't an actual shot...just a small sipping amount...had to fit it in the picture. I had two celebrations! :)

Snow?
Well, today's storm really just ended up being rain and a few flurries. Looking forward to getting some of the white stuff!

I didn't take the Oreo pic...made my sister do the hard work. She has the Oreos "secured" now I just need to get them to try them! Read online tonight that S mores Oreos should be coming out soon!

Had my first one tonight...used the new electric pressure cooker. Very yummy!!

Dry Needling
Well, had my second dry needling treatment in as many weeks. I'm not sure which is worse, the first time or the second...knowing that it's going to hurt like hell.

I still had a couple bruises from last week and I'm guessing I'll have a few more tomorrow morning...had it done on both the back and front.

Super Bowl
Well, it was a sad day for us Bronco Fans...not having our team in the Big Game. Still had fun with family though. 

I made some cake pops - had to honor "Deflate Gate" some how! 

Dave made yumminess on his Big Green Egg..chicken wings and "Pig Shots."

And I've been playing with my ice spheres. Just past half frozen, I dumped the water out. Then filled it with a Negroni Cocktail.
