Crazy Day Well, the original alarm was set for 5:30...snoozed until 5:55...not surprising! Crazy fog this morning covering The Rock. By the evening, it had cleared out and the sun was shining. Enjoyed a beer from Firestone Walker for National Beer Day!
Fog & Fun Was up bright and early for PT this morning. It started out sunny and then some fog rolled in. I had stopped by Einstein's on my way home from PT from some bagels and coffee. The cup had a fun #mugmustache for selfies. We had Broncos Spirit Day, so I had to do the selfie!! :)
It's October Saw the #pinkpower segment on the Today show and decided to remember Aunt Julie. More pink pics coming next weekend from the Burlington Breast Cancer Walk. We managed to make it the full nine tonight. Early thunderstorm came through...great sunshine came out...fog rolled in. You've got to love fall golf!
First Round of Summer Golf I feel like summer vacation has finally started!! Computer imaging and conferences filled the first two weeks of break. Today started off very foggy, but ended up being a perfect day! The first 18 holes sucked!! But the next 18 holes were one of my best rounds!!
The Fog Clears Well, I've been anxious to try out the Michron time lapse. A few weeks ago we had some amazing fog...didn't think about using it. Today I did remember...just about 30 minutes too late. I was still happy with how it turned out.
At the end of the day I had to take some time and celebrate National Chardonnay Day!
Crazy Weather We had our first official night of golf league last night...managed to make it before any rain. Thunder and lightning showed up real late...loved it!!! We did manage to get some rain and snow overnight. Nothing too crazy, but it was really pretty this morning. By the time I was done working out, the sun was peeking through all the fog...just thought it looked cool.
Finally, I had to post another pic from Teacher Appreciation Week. We started the morning with grits, biscuits and gravy compliments of Waffle House. Our PTO has done an AMAZING job of spoiling us this week. We had a table-full of supplies to get as well.
Fog I thought yesterday was foggy, but there was even more this morning. It was more like a freezing fog with temps in upper teens/lower the 20s. Today it was so thick that you couldn't even see the other side of the fairway. Crazy thing is...it's supposed to be 60 degrees before the end of the week!
Cold & Foggy It's been cold and foggy all day. Here was the view this morning. I have to admit...when I first peeked outside, there was a little more fog. By the time I got out of bed...this was the view.
I thought I was living in San Francisco this morning with all the fog. When I first woke up it was still dark outside and the fog was moving in from the north. When I took this photo it had started to clear.
We went geocaching with several other DEN members, some on their first "real" geocache, out to the lighthouse near the Headlands. The sun was gone and the bridge was shrowded in fog. I have to say that I loved the fog horns!!
