Day Two
We started out the day with a bit of adventure...a search for flour. Success at one of the shops in Florissant. We were also able to find feed, beer, liquor, and game processing!

In the afternoon I jumped on the treadmill and enjoyed the course of the South Platte up close and personal.

An Old "Friend"

After traveling for Christmas, being sick for nearly a week, and just feeling like not working out...I decided today was the day to get reacquainted with an old "friend".

Workout

Managed to get up and workout this morning. Got some multi-tasking done...working out, checking email and watching a couple cooking shows.
