Almost Easter!
We are all ready for Easter Brunch! Very excited to have Chad's family over. We have the wine, freshly squeezed juice, eggs, asparagus, candied bacon, and more!!

Make it a Double
Had to go with two photos today. I was excited to receive my new martini shaker yesterday and "feature" it as today's photo, but had to include another FAC photo...

Made an Old Fashioned as the first drink tonight and then a slightly dirty martini in the new shaker as a second. I did downsize the quart jar to a pint. :)

Friday Night Drinks

Well, I was going to go with "Down and slightly-dirty" ;) tonight, but decided to make my first Friday night drink another new one...Lemon Cream Pie.

For my "office peep" Kanoi, here's the recipe:

1oz cake vodka

1/2oz whipped vodka

3/4oz Amaretto

1 1/2oz lemon juice

3/4oz simple syrup

Crushed graham crackers for the rim.

Coffee's Ready!

Just got the coffee set to brew - time for bed. Just in case you saw my post last night, we are getting new counter tops...some demo got done today, but we got to keep the partially connected tops for a few more days.
