For Christmas, Santa brought us a Sous Vide. It's a VERY cool water-bath cooking system. We've cooked a few things since getting it and we've been very please. In the mail today I received my first sous vide cookbook, so it was time to get the ribs going!

Today's photo is the ribs after seasoning and packing. They will go in tomorrow AM and will come out 8-12 hours later...looking forward to tomorrow's dinner. I will get an after picture up tomorrow.
