5K Turkey TrotDoes a 5K count when you run it on your treadmill? We weren't able to make it to an outdoor 5K, so I decided to do the next best thing...start my own!
For those of you who know me, my theory regarding running outdoors is that something should be chasing you! I have never enjoyed running, even as a child. I have grown to tolerate it, but I have to stick to my treadmill because my knees can't handle the pavement.
I was impressed with my time - this was the longest distance I had gone (in a walk/run).
