Weather
Well, we had to wait out the crappy weather at league tonight. It was well worth it because it ended up being a beautiful night! After getting home from league I decided to make some yummy Sriracha roasted almonds.

Just liked the uniform peeling of my cute Cutie. Kept it all as one skin and felt good until Kanoi said..."Oh. That's so easy!" :)

Scarecrow Mix

Found the idea for this recipe on Pinterest and had to give it a try. Took some to the pumpkin carving party with my sisters. Here are the ingredients:
Cheeze-Its
Square Pretzels
Candy Corn
Unsalted Peanuts
Caramel Popcorn
Cocoa Puffs
Reeses Pieces

For most of the items I just eye-balled it, no specific measurements.

Tomorrow's snack.

Well, I'm feeling much better today.  I decided to take a sick day, so I managed to sleep until almost 10:00 this morning.  I had to go into school for the last class of the day and for a professional development class I was teaching after school.

Anyway, these pretzels will be eaten by my fellow teachers tomorrow.  Our social committee organized a staff event to celebrate the birthdays of our Principal and AP.  Each team has been asked to bring something to the event and our Specials team is on the "pretzel, trail mix, etc." duty.
