Fun Day on the Course
Ally joined me today for some golf at Bear Dance. We had a great time playing with some other golf friends. As usual, Ally put her positive spin on everything and found this "lovely" bunker. Hadn't noticed this all summer!
The Negroni Cocktail Sphere photo is not one that I took, but I think I really want one of these! I think I could put it to very good use!

The Unexpected
Packing up after school...trying to figure out what I should make my photo of the day...not wanting to make it another snow photo. As I'm walking out with my head down, trying to keep the flying snow out of my face, I came across this...
All the days I've walked in and out of the school...never seeing this painted in the street out front and not sure where it came from...just a reminder to keep your eyes open for the unexpected.
2/26 FOLLOW UP- Today I realized why I hadn't seen this heart before. I was showing a coworker and could barely find the thing!

Today Joshua, my cousin, and Christy became man and wife. They had a beautiful ceremony in Bozeman, Montana - Christy's hometown. There were moments of mixed emotions today. At many points in time I so wished that my Aunt Julie could have been there to share in their special day - she would have been so proud.
One of those moments was when we released lanterns into the cold, night sky. I know there was at least one that reached heaven. We miss you Julie...

We had our "official" Valentine's celebration on Friday night with dinner at our favorite restaurant...Flemings. But today, even with a sick sweetie, I found two roses in my car after school. It reminded me of our college days. (The roses were usually left on the outside of my car, but it was very windy today.) Thanks sweetie!
