No Calorie Counting Today!Well, there was no calorie counting this morning! I had found two recipes on Pinterest that I wanted to try...a yummy Frothy Mexi-Mocha Coffee and Buttermilk - Blueberry Breakfast Cake. I really enjoyed the breakfast cake...next time I would probably put in another teaspoon of lemon zest. The coffee was VERY sweet...could have probably used a little milk or extra 1/2 and 1/2.
We had to get our energy for the GREAT Bronco's game-watched them beat the Steelers.
