Day After
I made corned beef for the first time yesterday...enjoyed the leftovers in another Reuben sandwich tonight. I of course had to pair it with another Guinness!

Leftover Turkey
We finished up the last batch of leftover turkey by making some Turkey Curry Soup...came across the recipe on Pinterest. I used sweet potatoes instead of squash and added rice noodles. It was pretty tasty! (Here is the recipe.)
