Nacho CupcakesToday our Specials Team hosted the monthly "Friday Treats" at school today. Back in August, when we chose this date and decided on our Tailgating - Super Bowl theme, we were all very hopeful that our home team would be in the big game!! Being able to have a Bronco-themed day was AWESOME!!
The team put together a great spread of food...chips & dips, Lil' Smokies, meatballs, pulled pork, chili, Bronco cookies, and the nacho cupcakes! The cupcakes were a big hit and they were so fun to make! (They were Pinterest inspired of course!) Here were the ingredients:
- chocolate fudge cupcake
- yellow frosting (cheese)
- strawberry preserves (salsa)
- Sour Punch Bites (jalapenos)
- sugar-cinnamon tortillas (chips)
