Afternoon Storms
Had a meeting up in DTC this afternoon. Heard the rain and thunder...when we came out the rainbow was shining bright in the east.

On the way home, found a different flavor of Oreos to try...even though it's been out for a while.

Look Mom...No Cavities!!
I was excited to visit a new location that had new photos ops...just not excited that it was at the dentist. Headed up to Denver today for my cleaning and a little work on one of my "baby" molars. Yes...I actually still have three of my baby teeth and I'm trying to hang on to them as long as I can. :)

I always think the sky looks just a little more blue on the cold, winter days.

Wrong Type of Bird

I was excited by the bluebirds I saw when leaving school and since the weather was beautiful, I decided to sit out in the backyard and keep my eye out for some birds around the house. There were a few that made a quick dash past me, but this was the only "bluebird" I was going to be photographing today.

Morning Clouds

Today actually began with sun and some beautiful clouds...but the fog, ice and cold quickly moved in. We have a trace amount of snow, but it's been snowing more this evening. (I don't think we are supposed to get more than three inches.) On thing is for sure, it will be COLD tomorrow - the high is supposed to be 14 degrees.

I have to say that I'm a sucker for sunsets.  The thing that caught my eye tonight were the rays coming up from behind the clouds.  I was close to getting out a stepstool so I could get more of the sky.  :o)
