Dry NeedlingWell, had my second dry needling treatment in as many weeks. I'm not sure which is worse, the first time or the second...knowing that it's going to hurt like hell.
I still had a couple bruises from last week and I'm guessing I'll have a few more tomorrow morning...had it done on both the back and front.
